Cameron Goes to Haikou China for his MPH program

This is a picture of the 4 MPH Students that went to Haikou China to do the UofU's first research project in China. The study was centered around children under the age of five adn malnutrition. The trip was AMAZING
THE TOILET's WERE NOT Amazing.
This is the view from out hotel room.
we would walk most of he time but for long distances we took these, and everytime they saw me you could tell they wanted to charge by the pound. The avg. man was 5'5 and 130 lbs so I was a giant.
It was fun to work with local clinics. They are about 10 years behind in technology and it was a read adventure to bring them up to speed and show them how things could be done faster and more efficient. We learned a lot from each other.
this was the family car and was very common

Seattle

What beautiful Mermaids!!

I love all of his facial expression.. I wonder if when he get older he will think he is as cool as he does now?

Pikes Place is just as cool as it is on t.v. This was one of my favorite things we did!

A must see! We went to the space needle and now I can cross that off my list of things to see in my life time. I'm glad we went up to the top but I would never pay to go up again:)

A Pricness Tea Birthday Party

Kin getting ready for her party:)

Cam's brother Matt made the cake. Makinley told everyone for a week that her uncle Matt was making her princess birthday cake..

The kids made their own crowns and purses

Even baby Adam got to make a crown

They Kissed the Frog..

Makinely wanted to have her birthday party everyday:)

Makinley Turns 3!!

Cam's mom Debbie got this adorable pony for Makinley for her birthday. As much as we love big huge toys in our 800 sq foot apt. I think this is a little much.. Don't get me wrong I have no problem with the pony and if I had a toy room to put it in I would love to get my daughter a 3x4 foot pony. Since Makinley's room is also my laundry room and our tv room serves as my family, living, office and toy room, I was less then excited when my father in law came to me house for the 2nd time in 3 years to drop off this wonderful birthday present for Kin:) Happy Birthday to Makinley besides that's what it is all about:)

Hell Fire Challenge

Man vs Food came to Salt Lake to a challenge at Kobe Sushi

The boys thought what a fun thing to try!! This is Cam before he tried his hot sushi roll:)
You have to try 2 pieces of level 5, 6, and 6.5 before you can try the level 7 challenge..
This is the waver you have to sign before you start.. Don't worry you have to put your insurance info down and if you don't have insurance you cant do the challenge.

After Cam tried his first 2 out of 6 pieces of level 7. He did not pass the challenge and he was sick for 24 hours after. Lucky for us he didn't go to the hospital and he kept it down. Unfortunately Drew was not so lucky. He also did not make a trip to the hospital but he was up all night puking the delicious hot sushi up! Haha Cam said this was the dumbest thing he has ever done...

Ice Castle

My Aunt told me about this really cool Ice Castle up in Midway, so we thought we would take the kid up to see it. Well it was closed and roped off so we went to The Homestead instead!!! They had a mini ice "tower" okay maybe just a big pile of ice? We had fun anyways and the kids didn't really know the difference:)

Big Girl

Kinley got a new bed from Cam's grandparents. My mom ave her the cute bedding for Christmas. Makinley thought for a whole week that whenever she went to bed she had to have her picture taken... hahaha

Logan

In January we went to Logan to visit our friends the BENSON's. YAY!!!
We went swimming bowling and enjoyed our time with friends.

I can't believe how big kids get in 8mo. Miss you guys:(
